Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 24, 2004, a resentence of the same court, imposed December 2, 2004, and an order of the same court dated December 23, 2015.
