On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 23, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the defendant to extend his time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 16, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the year "2003," and substituting therefor the year "2013."
