Motion by the plaintiff/counterclaim defendant-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 24, 2016, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2016, which vacated a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2016, to reinstate the stay, and to amend the decision and order on motion dated June 10, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
