Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 25, 2013, and orders of the same court entered August 2, 2013, August 23, 2013, August 28, 2013, and November 15, 2013, respectively, and for other relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed within 10 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the remaining branches of the motion are denied.
