DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant, by order to show cause, to stay enforcement of the monetary portion of a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, entered March 3, 2015, pending the determination of an appeal from the final judgment. Separate motion by appellant for an extension of time to make the deposit directed in the order to show cause.
Upon the papers filed in support of appellant's motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion for a stay is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion for an extension of time to make a deposit is denied as unnecessary, as the deposit has been made.
