Campa Construction Corp., Respondent-Appellant, v Valerie Camacho, Appellant-Respondent.

Motion by respondent-appellant to dismiss appellant-respondent's appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered March 9, 2016, for failure to prosecute.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied and appellant-respondent shall perfect her appeal by December 2, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event appellant-respondent has not perfected her appeal on or before December 2, 2016, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice.
