Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a brief in response to the respondents-appellants' brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 12, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 14, 2016, the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response to the respondents-appellants' brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 30, 2016, and the respondents-appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
