Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 19, 2016, and July 18, 2016, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated May 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 21, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before November 7, 2016.
