Application by the appellant Rafael Abreau pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 17, 2015. Separate application by the appellants George J. Todd and Roosevelt Hospital for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file their reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the appellants' time to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until October 21, 2016, the appellants' reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
