ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 11, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2015, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Gerland Miller" and substituting therefor the name "Gerald Miller."
