| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 9, 2016, and to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and an appeal from an order of the same court also entered June 9, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the judgment and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before November 14, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before November 14, 2016, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
