ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 19, 2015, and December 18, 2015, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 11, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "October 12, 2016."
