Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Walter Brown sworn to August 29, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 21, 2016 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 21, 2016 and inserting in place thereof the date November 10, 2016.
