| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his opposition to the branch of the respondents' prior cross motion which was to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 15, 2016, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2016, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
