Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 9, 2015, for failure to timely perfect and to dismiss an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 6, 2016, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]).
