| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Hin Y. Limtung from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 28, 2015. By order to show cause dated August 29, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action based on the appellant's failure to file a supplemental appendix pursuant to a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2015.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file the supplemental appendix pursuant to a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2015, is extended until November 14, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions of time shall be granted.
