Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the Justice Court, Town of Beekman, in connection with a proceeding entitled "In the Matter of Lyla 22, LLC v Utter", including the trial in that proceeding, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 31, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
