| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, one dated October 19, 2015, and two dated May 18, 2016, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee. Cross motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the orders dated October 19, 2015, and May 18, 2016, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from those orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
