Motion by the appellant and separate motion by the nonparty-appellants to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated September 22, 2016, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Application by the respondent, in effect, to relieve the attorney representing the nonparty-appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is dismissed, without prejudice to making a motion for the relief sought.
