| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motions by the appellant Richmond University Medical Center to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant Staten Island University Hospital to stay the trial pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant Staten Island University Hospital and that branch of the motion by the appellant Richmond University Medical Center to stay the trial are granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Richmond University Medical Center is otherwise denied.
