DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated March 22, 2004 (People v Williams, 5 AD3d 705), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 7, 2002. The application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 4, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
