Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Douglas Worth sworn to September 6, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the facts set forth by petitioner failed to set forth merit to the proceeding, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is dismissed, unless the requiste filing fee is paid within 120 days of this order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
