It is Ordered that the respondents-appellants motion seeking to stay the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is granted only to the extent of staying execution of the warrant of eviction through December 12, 2016. This is to afford appellant the opportunity to retain counsel and to move in Civil Court to vacate the underlying stipulations of settlement.
