| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2015, March 23, 2016, and August 9, 2016, respectively, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 26, 2016.
