ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, dated April 26, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Dutchess County," and substituting therefor the words "County Court, Orange County."
