DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents to direct the nonparty-appellant to correct certain pages of the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 12, 2015, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the nonparty-appellant to correct certain pages of the record is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material is granted to the extent that on or before November 14, 2016, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the papers filed by them in opposition to the motion that resulted in the order dated November 12, 2015, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 14, 2016, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
