(Index No. 11224/12)

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals by Edward Mandrin from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated May 22, 2014, and a judgment of the same court entered December 17, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 7, 2016, as amended August 5, 2016, the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment on or before August 17, 2016. ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause, on the parties by regular mail.
