The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Michael Wilson, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered August 23, 2011. By decision and order dated June 22, 2015, the appeal was held in abeyance and the matter remitted to the Criminal Court for a hearing and a report. The Criminal Court issued a report on August 23, 2016 following a hearing on June 29, 2016.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this appeal is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar, as the transcript of the hearing on June 29, 2016 has not been made part of the record on appeal that was transmitted to this court.
