Motion by Amethyst ALT Asset Fund 2016, inter alia, to be substituted for the defendant DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2014, July 14, 2015, and September 17, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to substitute Amethyst ALT Asset Fund 2016 for the defendant DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
