Application by Grace Eboigbe, as administrator of the estate of Delphia Robinson, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 3, 2013, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Delphia E. Robinson, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Grace Eboigbe, as administrator of the estate of Delphia E. Robinson, is substituted for the deceased appellant Delphia E. Robinson, and the caption is amended accordingly.
