ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 7, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 13, 2016, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Francis M. Ceasar" and substituting therefor the name "Francis M. Caesar."
