| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, to confirm the existence of an automatic stay of enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2016, and June 17, 2016, respectively, and for leave to reargue their opposition to a separate prior motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order dated June 17, 2016. The prior motions were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
