| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with transcripts to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered October 29, 2013, and to direct the respondent's attorney and others to provide him with copies of certain documents, without charge.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with transcripts is denied as academic as transcripts have been provided to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
