| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay his eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 5, 2016, and for leave to renew and reargue his prior motion to stay his eviction from the subject premises, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
