Motion by the appellants Emanuel Lazaar and Ernest Visconti for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief of the appellants Emanuel Lazaar and Ernest Visconti is stricken, and on or before November 9, 2016, the appellants Emanuel Lazaar and Ernest Visconti shall serve and file the replacement brief.
