ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated October 21, 2016, which directed the parties to show cause why appeals by Edward Mandrin from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated May 22, 2014, and a judgment of the same court entered December 17, 2015, should or should not be dismissed for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 7, 2016, as amended August 5, 2016, is recalled and vacated.
