| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 9, 2015, and to correct the notice of appeal to reflect that the order was entered in Kings County, and not in Bronx County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until November 28, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal, and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the notice of appeal is deemed corrected (see CPLR 2001).
