| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 28, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
