Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 1, 2016, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 10, 2016, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal had not been granted, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated September 1, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
