Motion by Carnelian Farms, LLC, and Hunter's Moon Farm, LLC, for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 7, 2016, and to calendar the appeal together with an appeal from an order of the same court entered April 7, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an expedited briefing schedule in connection with the appeal from the order entered April 7, 2016 is granted, the appellants shall perfect that appeal on or before December 1, 2016, the respondents shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before January 3, 2017, and the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before January 13, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
