| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Michael T. Savelli for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Savelli was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2000. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 23, 2009, Mr. Savelli was disbarred based on his conviction of a felony and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys to reflect his automatic disbarment on August 27, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Michael T. Savelli does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
