ORDERED that the motion to direct respondent-appellant to file and serve a proper record on appeal and appendix is granted, without costs, only to the extent that, on or before December 5, 2016, respondent-appellant shall file and serve a corrected record on appeal that contains the appropriate stipulation as required by section 800.7 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice, a stipulation or order settling the trial transcripts as required by section 800.5 (a) (5) of this Court's Rules of Practice, a table of contents that complies with the requirements of section 800.5 (a) (2), (6) of this Court's Rules of Practice, all of the trial exhibits of appellant-respondent (see 22 NYCRR 800.5 [a][4]; [b]) and the trial exhibit of respondent-appellant that consisted of respondent-appellant's statement of net worth, and the motion is, in all other respects, denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of appellant-respondent is granted, without costs, and the time to file and serve said brief, which shall contain the points of argument on appellant-respondent's appeals, is extended to January 19, 2017.
