| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Robert Marx for leave serve and file under seal so much of the record on appeal which will contain a certain document on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 2, 2015, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 7, 2015. Application by the appellants David Slifkin and Trudy Balk and separate application by the appellant Robert Marx pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeals .
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the appellants Jack Bilancia, Anthony Castiglione, Nancy Roa, and Josephine DiMaggio to perfect their appeal is enlarged; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect their appeals is enlarged until December 30, 2016, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
