| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file under seal so much of the record on appeal which will contain certain documents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 4, 2016, and July 15, 2016, respectively. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 30, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
