Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to serve and file a second supplemental appendix on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered May 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 5, 2016, the appellants shall serve and file a second supplemental appendix containing the notarized affidavit/report of Richard N. Siegfried dated March 3, 2014.
