| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 28, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2016, as amended May 16, 2016, the trial in the above-entitled action was stayed on condition that the appeals were perfected on or before July 18, 2016. The appeals and cross appeal have not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2016, as amended May 16, 2016, is vacated forthwith; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals and cross appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]).
