| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the respondents, inter alia, to modify an order to show cause of this Court dated September 27, 2016, which initiated the appellants' motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' motion is denied as academic.
