| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both rendered February 10, 2012, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to the defendant making a motion for relief which may be appropriate in connection with an appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered February 10, 2012, under Indictment No. 562/11, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 20, 2016.
