Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge until December 15, 2016, the appellants' time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 10, 2016, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge until December 15, 2016, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 2, 2016, the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
