Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to make the caption anonymous on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 22, 2014, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 22, 2014, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
